I'm a male that is 6'0 and weigh 193lbs. I want to lose the last 10 pounds and be in the best shape of my life and be ripped. I'm really struggling with the type of diet I should be eating. Not sure how many cals. to eat and what percentages of carbs, protein, and fat. Does anyone have a linke or a diet that I can just follow to lose my last 10lbs. I don't have a problem with cardio and weight lifting. I have a ton on knowledge about those two areas I just need help with my diet. Any help would be appreaciated.
