It's hard to believe in just 3 more years we will have been together longer than we have not.
Yesterday was the best day I have had in a long time as far as eating and working out goes.
I have never done this but I see others do it all the time so I'll give it a try. I'll break down my whole day.

Slimfast shake and one banana
10:30am
Body Flow for one hour and then I swam for 30 minutes. Finally, I sat in the hot tub so I could heat my neck enough to do my neck stretches which usually take about 10 minutes. My neck is still not 100% healed from the 4 wheeler incident back in April.

Fruit & Yogurt Parfait and one medium coffee at St. Louis Bread Co (aka Panera everywhere else)

I had the pie because my mom made it special for me and my wife for our anniversary. I had ate some on Sunday, Monday and finally decided to have one last piece yesterday just to mentally be done with it. My wife took the rest to work this morning. I felt bad giving it away but I enjoyed plenty of it and I still have weight to lose. I am guessing the piece I had last night was about 300 calories worth.
This morning I weighed
196.5 so that gives me some confidence. Last week on Monday I think, I weighed 200.0. I would love to get back to 194.0, my low, ASAP!
