Depression

I've been fighting depression lately. I think it is because I have noone to challenge me, friends or enemies. Not to sound arrogant but like Paul Mccartney (i think it was him) said "It's lonely at the top.
I'm 24, a sophmore in college. I work two jobs (printer, and bouncer). I play guitar, kickbox, and of course lift. I don't really have time for a g/f, not really sure if I want one anyway.
I feel like I have passed all my friends and enemies as far as physical and ambitious capabilities are concerned. I have surpassed all the ones I used to look up to. Maybe tomorrow will be better but I've been fighting this feeling for the last 2-3 weeks. Anyway, if any of yall have ever felt this way please let me know what you did to fix it. Thanks in advance.

Panman,

I, along with many others here, may be able to give some helpful comments to think about, but it's really up to you to make the changes you need to make in your life. I am interested in hearing more details. For example: What are you studying, which school, what do you want to get from your degree?

Most times the only challenges that are truely meaningful are those within yourself.

There are some very impressive people out there. I'm talking about "everyday people" that could be right next to you and you wouldn't even know it. People who are PHD candidates with families, very demanding jobs, and still train regularly with a very well thought out diet. Don't limit yourself or your potential to the people in your immediate surroundings. Read as much as possible.

I know this is a post with some random thoughts but please give some more insight into what motivates you and where you feel unchallenged.

I'm making a goal to meet more interesting people.I like being surrounded by people that inspire and challenge me.
I'm majoring is ISDS. I've been into cars for awhile and am saving for a 96 formula next year. Theres stories about detroit down here. Like some of the hardcore guys out there drive 7-8 second daily rides.
I feel unchallenged as far as health goes for 1. I'm one of the only people among my friends that is natural. The friends of mine that are not on juice, don't even workout. Juice has gotten extremely popular down here lately. I see many juice monkeys at the club where I bounce every night.
The friends I have that are in college are in poor health and think that McDonald's is a well balanced meal, makes me cringe.

But starting today I'm making an effort to meet new interesting people.I feel alittle better today but that annoying problem is still lurking in the back of my head. But I will change things up.I very much appreciate the insight Detroit. So what are the cars really like out there?

To be honest I don't know too much about the car scene. I'm a bike guy myself. I am still only on a 600cc (Honda-CBR) but have plans on gettin a 1000cc as soon as Honda makes a bike that will beat the Yamaha in quality shoot-outs.

Anyway, I was happy to see that you're taking things into your hands.

Juice has gotten extremely popular down here lately.

I'm afraid gear will become more and more common than it already is. Too many people are looking for the get ripped quick magic pill. The scary thing is most roids will give the user exactly what they want with minimal work. Problem is too many are misusing and mis-stacking it and are really hurting themselves. So, all gains are very limited and at too high of a price.

Just wanted to drop a quick line to tell ya to keep on workin bro.
