I find it hard to believe that you have ignored the advice of all the people on the multiple weight lifting and dieting forums you've posted on (including this one), which consisted of: eat in a caloric surplus while getting all the vitamins and nutrients you need including good helpings of protein, stay active and lift weights, don't smoke drink or do drugs.

PS
You're fucking 15 years old. You have a skewed body image, are probably heading towards an eating disorder somewhere in the future, and should consider asking your school counselor for help.

Its just no matter what the hell i do with all the info i do i try for a month i get no results. What im going to do is what you recomendid about eating what a 15 year old should eat and just be active like alot of you said none of this i will be heman in a year or eat 3 small meals a day just eat when im hungrey. The reason im so over obsesed with this is because when you a 108 kg 5 ft 5 13 year old in a school that demands perfection. It was so awful and had led me to be very antisocial even to this day now that im thin.I just want to have that super dream body and it sucks i have to wait a while until my body is ready. It was a vicious cycle i didnt want to do anything because i was afraid to be seen.My life basicly was School,MSN eating thats it.And i used to eat pizza by the dozen. And i thrive not to go back to that lifestyle.Ive been kind of inactive for a few months after my 4 months of rapid weight loss which was when i lost the 32 kgs.I got really gauntly and lost quite alot of muscle definiton.Ive put muscle back on now from just eating and taking time off.But latley ive just been so super hungrey and im scaed im going to become obese agian. So im just trying to get back into a routine.

I'm sorry. What results do you think you'll see in a month? This friend of yours that has the "perfect body", do you think he got it in a month? And I'm sure he works out a heck of a lot more then you think he does. He couldn't get that way without it. Muscles don't just happen. Also, you aren't going to look like a 17 year old when you are 14. Just not going to happen. You'll have do learn to deal with that or life is going to be a lot of disappointments.

On top of that, you mentioned that you've lost weight and have lose skin. You mentioned needing surgery and being "ruined forever". I don't know how much you lost, but most likely neither one is true. From what I've heard around here, most often the skin will tighten up over time. Skin isn't like plastic and once you've streatched it out, that's it. A good example of this is that every woman who's ever had a baby doesn't walk around with a saggy bag of tummy skin for the rest of her life.

Ive put muscle back on now from just eating and taking time off

Um... no. You can't put muscle on just from eating. That takes exercise and a lot of it. Be sure to drink a lot of water and get enough protien to fuel your muscles.

Maybe no one's explained this to you. When you lose weight, expecially if you do it through diet alone without exercise, you don't just lose fat. You also lose muscle. The body takes from both. That's why it's important to exercise to maintain muscle tone while losing weight. It's not just to burn calories.

Here's the thing, if you want to tone up, then exercise and tone up. Read the stickys at the top of the forum for ideas! If you want your skin to tighten up, exercise (for tone) and give it TIME! Yes, say it with me: This-will-take-TIME.

If you are looking for an instant fix, you've come to the wrong place. You won't find that here... or anywhere. Just doesn't work that way and the sooner you accept that, the happier you'll be.

Seriously? You need to talk to a professional..not us. You have some serious emotional issues that people on the internet have no right to try and fix. You need to talk to your parents, a counciler, someone who is trained in this.

You are 15, stop trying to be something you aren't. Eat healthy, be active and TALK to someone.
