I totally agree with what you said about the supplement and weight loss industries. A lot of times I feel like they are "preying" on people too. It's nice to have someone like you around who works hard for the great results that you have and doesn't take unhealthy shortcuts.

I read a lot of what you have to say and you definitely seem to know what your talking about.

Unfortunately, the debate concerning supplement usage was recently deleted for no good reason. No forum rules were broken. I guess they simply feel the need to "filter" or censor anything that might hurt sales, regardless if it is sound information.

That's typical of any supplement company IMO. Out for primarily for the dollar rather than the consumer.

This is very true.

I heard if you put that stuff can put an inch on your arms too, even though it doesn't say it on the container.
