I think in my mind and especially looking through pics ive pinpointed when i started to put weight on. When I was 18, and broke up from College i went to live in Spain at my aunts house with a few friends we had no jobs etc and were flat broke. Ended up living on absolute garbage food i went a UK 8-10 and came back a 16. French sticks, soft cheese and way too much drink. I think this is where my bad habits with food started.
We all had bar/promo jobs the days consisted of gettin up at mid-day drinking, occasional day trips and laying by the pool sleeping off the hangovers then back to work and then drink. I stayed ther for 6 months.

So i started dieting 4/5 weeks ago lost 12lb so far. I've detoxed this week, using boots 5 day plan, i stuck to wholegrain complex carbs, lean meat, fruit and veg. Cut out all caffeine most sugar except natural sugars and drank water like a crazy person. I seriously have a Diet Coke issue, i am soo addicted to it. I had one can of it during the 5 days compared to my easy 12 cans a day
The pics ive added are one of me pre spain but its a dodgy pic cant see much, another end of spain after big gain in wieght, another when i first met my other half and then one when i lost 3 stone last year and put back on.
