Day 2

I know day 2 in kinda lame for all those who have been working for months. But, I'm motivated, and I'm on a roll. I feel good! I worked really hard working out this morning. Did intervals on the tread mill, and I think I kicked my own ass. I worked in the yard, took care of my little one, and ate protein shake in the morning, veggie spring rolls for lunch, light snacks, and chicken tostada (chx, lettuce, one corn tortilla, etc). I'm under 1500 cals, and I'm sure I can do better tomorrow.
I had a few too many avocados. I love those things! I put them in my spring rolls, but boy do those calories add up.
I'm excited for another great day tomorrow!:)
 
Hi and welcome to the forum :D

It's great taking an active roll in our own lives and doing what we need to do to achieve our goals isn't it?

As for avocados...half my diary is devoted to them ;) I love avocados.

The health benefits alone out weigh the calorie content, they are amazing!

If you haven't already, you should start a diary here at the site, and you can record your goals, what you're eating and especially your achievments that are bound to come!
