I know that weighing myself daily is not beneficial for me in some ways. There are some things I cannot seem to resist and this is one of them.
How much does your weight vary from day to day?
Mine varies up to 3 pounds per day, even when I eat "on program." I know that water retention & food in the intestines/bowels cause variation.
