breakfast: bowl of high fiber cereal, piece of fruit and glass of water
30 minutes of Upper body weight training
30 minutes of Lower body and abdominals, i.e setups
15 minutes of boxing, or swimming.
then for lunch I eat some pasta, have a piece of fruit and water.
