chicken (120 cal)
vegetables (30 cal)
special k bar (80 cal)
fiber 1 with milk (200 cal)

Alcohol: 4 glasses of wine :( (520 :()

Exercise: 45 minutes of cardio (bike, running, eliptical)

total: 1080 calories

just posting to keep me on track...going for 1100-1200 calories per day.
