Just gonna blabber about my daily food calories again! I really know this is keeping me held accountable and on track though...
Fiber 1 with milk (200)
Tangerine (50)
4 prunes (70)
2 hardboiled eggs (200)
apple (50)
Tuna with cheese, crackers, mustard and hot sauce (250)
Pickle (10)
Coke zero (0)
Special K bar (80)
Rice cake (30)
Turkey, Ham and cheese with hot sauce (135)
Vegetables-stir fry (25)
Chocolate piece (50)
Total calories: 1390
Exercise: 30 minute jog, 3 minutes of walking inbetween 10 minute intervals
Alcohol: 2 glasses of red wine (240 cal)
I have stayed on track yet another day! One day closer to reaching my goal weight!
