That's right, the clothes are falling off
. I went shopping yesterday evening and found I'm down a couple inches in the waist. I think this weight losing gig could get expensive...I just spent a couple hundred on new khakis about a month before I joined the gym and now they are falling off :yelrotflmao:
I've been doing some light cardio for about an hour 5-6 days a week and mixing in some weights. I've been eating fewer calories and healthier...that's the hard part. I've also been taking a multi-vitamin each day, now I'm taking men's one a day because centrum wasn't setting well.
I'm stoked about hitting the 250's - it's been awhile :jump1:
