Sup, spring time coming around and thought i'd get in shape.
I've always been a pretty "athletic dude" because I played a lot of basketball (without ANY working out, because I wasn't on a team or anything), but it's been cold and I need something to do so I figured i'd start a home workout. I got weights that I can put to use like the perfect pushups, barbell(small one for curls), and dumbbells, but I need a way to put all these together into a good workout( and yes I got the heart to do it). I'm looking to work on all muscle groups, but I know some of them can't be helped until i find something better.
P.S. The perfect pushups has it's own schedule, but I don't have to follow that if any1 recommends something better.
