Hi everyone,
my name is Lindsay, and I just joined yesterday :) I am very excited to be a part of the weight loss community on here. Umm..a little about myself? I will be 20 next month, and I am attending University here in Ontario, Canada. My weight as of right now is around 135-140. My weight loss goal is to be 110lbs. I am only 5'2, just barely 5'3 on a good day ;) I am hoping to achieve this goal through exercise and diet. I have a treadmill at home, and I mainly use that for cardio everyday, at least 30min. My boyfriend and I also recently got a puppy :) So I take Tjay out at least once a day, for a good walk, so she'll be nice and tired and I can study for the rest of the night, hahaha.
Well anyways, looking forward to doing this, you all seem so supportive!!
