Cylone and Progain combination?

Hello,

I started working out about 2 months ago and decided to try and gain some weight.
I started at around only 71kg and im getting close to 78kg now (jumping between 75-78 usually) and im about 182 in height, so i was rather skinny but im getting there slowly!

My routine is usually 2-3 times a week i go boxing (for the 15 cardio and endurance) and i try to go 2-3 times a week lifting weights and chilling in hot tub/swimming after practice. (all workout tips welcome here too please)

I started using only Progain, but i recently got my hands on Cyclone so i have been thinking about how to use these 2 efficiently together.

Should i be using Cyclone Pre-workouts (1-2 hours before) and Progain post workout (less than 30mins after workout) ?
Or Progain pre WO and Cyclone post WO?

There are so many diffrent oppinions about this im not entirely sure how to proceed for maximum effect.

I've also been thinking if i should switch Progain to Progain Extreme and using it in combination with Cyclone, does that make more sense?
Or even just skipping Cyclone all together and getting Progain Extreme for both Pre and Post workout.

Im still new to all this and there are so many diffrent options out there, im kind of lost so i would really appreciate some advice or a good program.

Also i know people flame Maximuscle products for being overpriced and such but i already have a total of 8kg of supplements from Maximuscle so ill be using those until im finished with them, so please keep flaming to a minimum.

It is kind of impossible not to flame. You are throwing huge wads of cash down the toilet. There is nothing special about either of those supplements and they really overlap each other as well. When you are finished with the stuff, and do feel you still need supplementation, I'd say buy a good whey protein like something from Optimum Nutrition, and then maybe a jar of creatine monohydrate. The 'extra calories' in all those weight gain products are the cheapest crappiest calories you can find. Want more calories?? EAT MORE REAL FOOD.

What the guy above me said. Supplements aren't magic. in fact most of them are bogus. if they make bold claims, they're likely garbage (or even harmful!)

a straight protein powder, a multi vitamin, fish oil caps, and possibly creatine. that's the list of supplements that actually do work.
Stack that with meat, potatoes, veggies, and hard training...you'll grow as long as you eat enough.

Plus i don't rate maximuscle at all. Theyre protein never made any difference for me and would rather have a nice chicken breast to get my protein
