Recently I've been reading Pavel Tsatsouline's Power to the People, and am still uncertain about just how one would go about cycling workouts, and what they consist of. Is it really 2 sets of 5, 10 reps a workout? I am unsure as to how many times one would workout a week.
I don't mind trying it, but out of your experiences, would a 5x5 be just as effective? I am looking for strength and density, primarily. Some size gains would be fine, but I wouldn't care. How bout a 6x4? 8x4?
And just how in the hell does one execute a side press? I don't get Tsatsouline's descriptions. Do you bend at the side, or do you just do like a single arm press?
