Cutting from 145lb 20% bodyfat

I started at around 145 but I have been high as 153lbs when I was lifting weights but 2-3lbs is always water weight and I have low muscle mass so I'm what you'd call skinnyfat.

Anyway few weeks in I'm down to 138lb but weight is coming off much slower and theres still lots of fat remaining so I need tips on diet. Here's what typical day is:

Breakfast:

Oatmeal with milk, tea

Snack:

Bananna

Lunch:

Potatoe waffle, fish fingers and vegetables

Snack:

Apple, almonds

Dinner:

Same as lunch

This is just the typical day I usually have some tuna on training days and I drink around 3L of water a day.
