Curb hunger?

You could take up smoking... that's the only supplement I can think of off hand. But that wouldn't be too good for you.

If you're hungry at night, you probably aren't eating frequently enough during the day. You should aim to eat 4-6 small meals a day, with healthy small snacks in between. The idea is to eat every three waking hours or so. This will keep you from going hungry during the day, and it promotes a good metabolism.

I do this myself, and the result is I'm happier and losing weight (I'm overweight). I'm happy because I'm never hungry, and I'm losing weight because I'm stimulating my metabolism by constantly eating healthy, good snacks and meals.

I have a couple suggestions/thoughts for you.

1) caffeine will curb hunger a little.

2) Are you truly hungry or bored? If I watch TV too long I feel hungry.

3) Late night cravings are a great time to throw down more protein. I prefer to eat cottage cheese late night before bed.

4) Drink a glass of water.
