hello everyone, i have some what cumb cheeks they are not like realy cumbed but they dont let my cheek bones really show. i also have a little cumb in the neck but none are bad that make me look bad i just want it not there. i do sit ups and push ups and pull ups and that is it. i am think of taking up running. do you think that running will take care of it or is it just the way i am. thanks
