LMAO Crunches in the shower? thats totally weird, but cool. Is it ONLY for the psycological factor? Or do you notice other benefits?
If it makes you feel less weird, i dance in my basement like i am the lead singer in a rock band for cardio (literally have a fake mic and everything). Its so super fun, and makes cardio so much easier.....but i always feel like a bit of a weirdo. LOL
