Hi Everyone,
Just wanted to get a few opinions on Cross Trainers. I'm currently walking 4 miles (6.5km) most days and now would like to add some more cardiovascular workout to my regime. I don't want to use a treadmil as it's the similar to walking / running like I am already doing. But I've heard that these Cross Trainers are supposed to be very good. Any info appretiated.
