Critique please!! When should I lift, do I need to add more cardio?

Hello all my name is Nikki, I am new here and wanted to get a little advice from you all!
I'm a dancer ( bellydance, flamenco,& persian ballet) off season right now and I need to shape up for upcoming shows again here is a little bit of what my schedule is like right now and how it will be in the near future. My goal is overall fat loss I'm 5'6 149lbs - 117 lean muscle tissue, my diet is pretty much in order right now high protein low carb- pretty clean the occassional chocolate when PMS strikes I know this is a no no but I only eat 3-4 meals a day

I work 9am-6:30PM M-F

Monday night: I have Persian Ballet rehearsal fron 8:00-10:00

Tuesday night: Quads ,Hams , Calves

Wed morning: Cardio 20-30 am HIIT
Wed afternoon: Shoulders, Bi's

Thursday night: Flamenco rehearsal from 7:30pm- 9:30pm (high intensity)

Friday: Chest, Tri's

Saturday: Flamenco rehearsal from 1:30 - 4:30 pm ( really high intesity- hardly any breaks!)

Sunday: Bellydance show rehearsal 7:00 -9:00pm

The nights I have dance rehearsal should I lift in the morning? Should I still try to do some AM cardio?? I'm lost - most of the woman I dance with have the great advice of " don't eat much and dance everyday"

My goal is to get to about 125 again come show time, but I want less body fat this time around - It seems like I am doing a hell of a lot of cardio and not enough weight training. Any advice would greatly HELP!

Thanks!

Nikki

By the way come show time in June/July my schedule will be the same as it is above but I have full length shows at theaters
Friday/Saturday/Sunday nights!

Morning: Oatmeal & Soy breakfast sausage, coffee

Lunch: Chicken breast & Salad

Mid Snack: Fruit (bannana or apple etc.)

Dinner: Chicken or fish, steamed veggies & Brown Rice

Sometimes - soy ice cream bar on cheat day( about 90 cals)

To me, It seems your eating a bit too light. Try to stick around 1800 calories a day. Your very active and need more calories to keep your body out of a catabolic (muscle destroying) state.

I agree with Allen that you need to eat more. You say you're eating "high protein" - I disagree - you're only eating 3 servings of protein. You should be eating 5-6 servings of protein - one with every meal - yes, you should be eating 5-7 meals everyday. You are eating fairly clean, which is very important for losing fat, but you need more.
