I used to do chest/tri back/bi and 30 mins of cardio which was 5 days a week so I would get 2 off days. I got bored with this after about 2.5 months so now I'm going full body workout 3 times a week and a mix of cardio and swimming. Some weeks it will be 4 days of swimming about 2500-3000 yards roughly about 45 minutes which will progress as i get more into shape and some weeks will be just totally cardio machine for 30 mins.
Compared to what I was doing is this alright? Do i need to kick it up a notch? Will I atleast maintain where I am if I weigh 182 a little less then 10% bodyfat I eat about 2300-2500 calories daily with about 40%/40%/20% carbs/protein/fats
On days when I don't lift I want to drop the carbs a little bit because I wouldnt need that insulin spike right after. Is this also efficient?
