:eek: Have a look at that! have a look at that great article! How did I get like this, and why have I let it stay this way for soooo long? :confused:
To be fair, I've been even bigger than this, but that's not the point. This is not who I feel inside. Inside I'm a fabulous, sexy young thing. Outside, I'm not anything that would make your mouth water.
I've spent to long hating how I look. Time to act.
I've had enough. I'm taking charge. I'm going to change.

Yesterday

Yakult - 1, water- 6, snapper filet - 1, Avocado -1, Fat free Mayo - 1 TBS, garlic - 3 clove, Lemon Juice - 2 wedges, Steamed Asparagus - 8 spears, Diet Pudding Cup - 1.

Apparently it's 795 Cal, but I find that hard to believe. It's way to few Cal if it is.

Bicycling, stationary 70 min on lowest resistance.

I didn't mean to eat so few. I couldn't believe it was so few. I'll have to keep a better eye on it. You're welcome for the pic. I plan to do it regularly.
I'm a very visual person, and I love to see the change in others, so I figured, others may feel the same

Welcome to your diary :)

With a sensible approach, you CAN reach your goals! Eating too few calories is not the way to do it though...especially with the amount of exercising you're doing. I sometimes have really low calorie days, but I do try to balance them out over the week with higher calorie days. Your body needs fuel to function.

I know your right. I’m not meaning to do it. Honestly.
I just have really bad eating habits. I’ve always eaten infrequently, but now that I’m not eating the junk I was before:rolleyes: , I’ve got to work on eating more, and regularly.
The last thing I want to do is harm my body. I want to get pregnant ASAP, and that’s not going to happen if I’m not healthy.
So stay tuned. There’s going to be big improvements in diet as I get the hang of it.:D

I've found that if I eat every 3 hours or so, I tend to make better choices throughout the day...never feel hungry or deprived.

I'm NOT about feeling deprived ;)
 
I'm glad you're here! I can't wait to see the improved diet. Make it easy on yourself, so you don't have to think about it. Great job on excercising!!
 
Good morning all (at least, to those in my hemisphere). I'm starting the day well. Bowl of oatmeal and a trip to the gym.
Lots of water.
 
Hey Crebs! Welcome to the board. I love my oatmeal. You can definitely do this. If you eat more frequently you'll get your metabolism working faster to. I know you can't do it overnight, but try and work into it.
 
You know what? I’m a complete and utter wanker. I know I should be kind to myself, but there’s no way around this one, I’m truly a bloody wanker.

I was telling myself all week that I had to stay away from the grog over the weekend if I didn’t want to undo all my hard work. Did I? Not exactly.

Friday’s diet

Homemade Vegetable soup, an Apple, a glass of Juice, oatmeal & milk and 24,287 glasses of wine.

Due to the hangover the next day I had three huge bowls of pasta, a whole pizza, and a number of soft drinks.

Calorie count for two days: roughly 1 Million, possibly 1.5.

To top it off, I sprained my ankle while pissed (Aussi for drunk), and now I can’t exercise in any of my normal ways.
I’ll have to go to the pool, and I really didn’t want to do that for another 20lb or so.

Damn it all.

1318 cal today.
No exercise. I just couldn't bring myself to venture into public in my swimmers.
The ankle should be right to get on the stationary bike tomorrow.

It's okay; as they say, "pick yourself up, dust yourself off, and start all over again". At least you know what you did wrong; don't make it worse by wallowing in it, or you'll ruin this week! Start strong!
