You know what? I’m a complete and utter wanker. I know I should be kind to myself, but there’s no way around this one, I’m truly a bloody wanker.
I was telling myself all week that I had to stay away from the grog over the weekend if I didn’t want to undo all my hard work. Did I? Not exactly.
Friday’s diet
Homemade Vegetable soup, an Apple, a glass of Juice, oatmeal & milk and 24,287 glasses of wine.
Due to the hangover the next day I had three huge bowls of pasta, a whole pizza, and a number of soft drinks.
Calorie count for two days: roughly 1 Million, possibly 1.5.
To top it off, I sprained my ankle while pissed (Aussi for drunk), and now I can’t exercise in any of my normal ways.
I’ll have to go to the pool, and I
really didn’t want to do that for another 20lb or so.
Damn it all.
