Why is creatine not suitable for people under the age of 18. If my son, who is 16, uses it , what things could go wrong with him? He is dedicated and wants to get bigger and stronger for basketball, he is 5'10 weighs 147 and is a pointguard. But he also is an excellent golfer and wants to play that in college. Will Creatine help him in basketball and golf? Will he gain to much? Look to big? He doesnt want to look too big but wants muscle definition. Because not many Huge golfers further there career these days. So can he take this on every other day or what would you recomend. What workout would you also recomenned?
