So where to start , how to begin....
I'm male, 29, weigh usually around the mid 230's. I'm 6 foot tall and I'm a desk jockey for a career (crap!).
I never really thought I was to fat / chubby / whatever, but man I saw the celebrity fit club the other day and say Kevin Federline, and we have nearly the same stats. I ended up snapping a photo of myself as a mirror wasn't showing the same image to me.
Well after looking, it looks like I am as chubby as him and I can't believe I let myself go this long and this bad.
Back in my younger days just 6 years ago, I was quite active. I rode BMX for a few hours a day (was trying to go pro at the time), my job was in a factory working in the tool shop where I was lifting very heavy mold pieces around all day. I was able to stay around the 185 - 190 mark and was pretty fit. Looking at my old photos makes me mad at myself for losing that.
I've been working out at the gym, mostly just lifting weights for just over a year straight now. I go at least 4 days a week but I think I need to change my setup to try to get some better results because this is not who I want to be.
So....... Hi! Like most others I am here to find answers and get support in my goal to get back down to that toned 190lb guy again.
Regards.
