Could somebody post some advice on this

I have just started trying to bulk up(but I have been working out for awhile longer). I eat around 2400 calories a day split between 6 meals. I am trying a split rouitine: workout 1 on mon, 2 on wed, 1 fri , 2 mon and so on. Here is my workout routine, I try to limit it to about 45 min to an hour. I am working out at home and I am not very confident with this routine so if you have any advice I would appreciate it.

Workout 1

barbell curl
dips
seated barbell curl
skull crushers
hammer curls
pushups
fore arms

Workout 2
Hack squats
leg curl
leg extension
calf raises
shoulder shrugs
military press
bent over side laterals
seated side laterals
upright row

P.S. When should you do abdominal exercises? I read you should not do them on the off days but they do not seem to fit into the time I have aloted for working out.

your routine isn't very good man. curls, curls, curls...but nothing for the back!
and pushups are the only chest exercise I can see.

Start with something more like this: Testosterone Nation - Total-Body Training

compound exercises should dominate your routine.

also on 2,400 cals a day you're likely not gonna bulk up. that's probably at, or below, your maintenance calorie intake.

Malkore hit it. And if you like doing some isolation for the abs, id do them last in you're workout. Dont do them before any of the big compounds (unless its just some activation exersices) you dont want to fatigue you're abs before things like squats and deadlifts, since the abs help with stabilizing the spine, so if they are fatigued before those lifts it could be dangeoraus.
A rather long answer for a simple question.. i know..

More Food?

So you say I need to eat more? I just recently lost about 25 pounds and am now about 196. I was eating 1600 calories a day to do this. How much more do you think I need to eat? BTW I am eating about 20% fat, 30% protein, and 50% carbs.

Split routine

Thank you all for your replies. Do you think the split routine I am doing is okay? As in should I be doing something like chest/back and arms/shoulders instead?

seriously, give that article a read and get into total body training. You wont look back, and you will get results.
