Hey there my names Kieran joined the site to get some help with some weight issues. I've always played football all my life (soccer) and i used to play four times a week for three different teams but just before christmas i sustained a serious knee injury which means i can't play for eight months, gutted!! As i haven't played now for 6 weeks i have already put on a stone and am worried that i will keep putting on weight as i can't do any excercise. So i was wondering if there was any way of controlling my weight through eating or doing excercises that don't involve using my knee. If anyone has any suggestions i would be very grateful to hear them, thank you and hope to hear from you soon.
