cottage cheese

well, track your calories and what not...cottage chese is a dairy product, so it contains lactose (simple carbs).

but if you're getting the right calories, and just like cottage cheese, good for you! its good stuff, low in fat, and has a lot of l-glutamine.

well I guess no more than 3-4 cups, I eat 1 cup. Im not really giving this much thought it could be on up to 6-8 cups as the limit.

cottage cheese has a high protein to fat ratio, but too much of anything cant be good, but what is too much?!

since someone told me to eat cottage cheese i am now addicted to it... is it bad if i eat too much of the stuff?

The very use of the phrase "too much" implies it is a bad thing (whatever you are referring to). I think, though, you are indirectly asking "how much is too much".

I strongly believe that moderation and balance are critically important in all aspects of your life. I think "too many" ;) times we get fixated on something we hear is supposed to be good for us or bad for us and we react in too extreme a fashion.

 Anyway, now that I have gotten sidetracked, I don't have a specific answer, but the others here I'm sure will be glad to offer their suggestions.
