second of all...a big hiiiiiii to ol those health concerned ppl...i m one of ur kind
see my problem is tat after havin gone under chest lipo arnd 3 years back...i find tat though my male breast is gone...but then it has left my chest shapeless.now i m ready 4 gyming nd liftin weights 2 correct it..but dunno y i hv dis notion tat now tat my chest is devoid of tat fat i usd 2 hav pre-lipo,weight trainin might not still prove to be equally effective as it might hav been had i taken it up in d first place(before lipo tat is).
so is it worth goin thru such a rigourous regime after lipo to get a toned chest??
