I found this cool site and thought I'd share. I submitted a picture of myself for the 5'4"/170s category, but the guy who runs the site hasn't updated yet.

That's really neat! And it helps people figure out what weight they should be aiming for.

Also, I think it helps people realize that you don't have be 175 lbs if you're a guy or 115 lbs if you're a woman.

i think thats cool.. but its not exactly what someone at 6'2 weighting 215 will look like..

depends on the muscle that each person has.. shoulder broadness.. so on..

but definitely cool

wow, what a cool chart. Too bad it dosen't take bodyfat % like you said Jeremy. Like when I was 235 at 6 ft I dnt think I was THAT fat, I was just playing O-Line in football... ya know?
