Confused and Irritated

I'm really confused, and I don't know why I'm not doing or following the goal I set up for myself,
I want to lose 40 pounds,
Im 160 and I want to be 120,
Im 5,2, 18 years old.
It's not like I don't know what good foods to eat, or how much exercise I need,
its that I've lost motivation and the will to even try to lose weight.
I'm not sure why....and I need some guidance, I spend nights crying and feeling depressed as to how my life turned out. I feel under pressure, and I want a release, I'm just really depressed right now.
Any help, or advice is welcomed.
 
Why do you want to be 120? Why/how did you pick that number?

Why do you feel you're under pressure? Pressure to do what?

Have you talked to your parents/guardian/teacher/adult that you trust about how you're feeling?

What type of release do you want? Exercise is a good release - step away from the computer and go out for a walk... turn on some music and dance... Do something that gets yourself moving...


Your life hasnt turned out anything yet -your life is just beginning... Whether you are 15, 22, 35, 46 any age -today is the first day of the rest of your life... and it's your choice as to what you from this point forward?

Because that number is the regular number for girls my age, with my height

Why do you feel you're under pressure? Pressure to do what?
I feel under pressure from what career I have to do, and I think i might fail in all that I try to accomplish because im not good enough for it.

Have you talked to your parents/guardian/teacher/adult that you trust about how you're feeling?
Im not good at explaining how I feel, especially not to my old school parents, or my busy sisters, or my "friends" who hate listening to people complain or talk about emotion.

I've tried to do the music thing, but that only works for a little moment than im back to being annoyed about my weight.

I want to move forward, I want a change for the better, I want to lose weight and feel confident about my body and self in general, I just have this thing in me, telling me I cant do it.

Whether you can or can't -is entirely up to you - so instead of looking at the can'ts - look at what the cans are?

confidence doesn't come from a number on the scale... doesn't come from what you see in the mirror -it comes from who you are and what you beleive you are capable of?

I want to do International Business Admin

If I have self-esstem, than im sure that voice will go away, if I feel happy with the body I have now, than I'll be alright to go on and lose weight to be healthier
