Complete Lifestyle Change

I am 17 years old, 5'10" and 290 pounds. I have been trying to loose weight, and I eat decently healthy. I was hoping someone could give me a workout plan, and a diet plan. I am pretty busy, but i can make time for this. I am serious, I have lost about 10 pounds by eating healthy, but it has been 2 months of it and I stoppped loosing weight. I only have a yoga mat, and no gym membership. I eat large portions, and I am tring to cut down. What would you reccomend me trying to do? I will respong to anything further you may need to know about me.
