There are actually scientific links to dairy (specificly the calcium in dairy) helping with weight loss. I found the opposite for me but I have issues with dairy and had to stop eating it as a result- however, it seems to work for many people.
 
did I suddenly get older? Come now 5KFreak, if you are going to try and make a backhanded comment about me, come with some teeth. You come to an older thread and respond to an older comment about me in reference to me confronting someone trying to hold colon cleansing as something good. Instead of coming to this thread to add something, it's to try and take a jab at me?
