staying active without a gym

Does your work allow for a break at all? When I used to work, I had an hour lunch break and I would walk around the building. On some days I did not get a break to leave the school and I would walk back and forth in my classroom while the children were napping. (I weighed 160 and in one summer from being active like that I lost 30 pounds and weighed 130. Then, when I stopped being active, I put it alllllll back and way more...) Just moving around that extra bit burns calories and keeps the metabolism going. When you get home and you and your family are watching t.v. do some crunches or lunges. You can do it without a gym membership if you can stay motivated.

I'm rooting for you! Start counting calories and start doing little things to stay busy and you will see results in NO time!!! Keep us posted!
