So basically I am losing weight training and started to share feelings and thoughts on weight gains via youtube. I am looking for suggestions on what I could be talking about that will help and interest others as well as my day to day, I am also looking for as much support as possible. This is some thing very new to me and very much out of my comfort zone but feel it is a good way of keeping me honest and on track.
