so i'm a sophomore at a university. i used to be extremely athletic, so i still have a broad body from muscle building, but now that i'm so busy with class, i haven't been finding the time or energy to work out. I think i just need some motivation to get back on track.
i have a horrible habit of working out A LOT and then quitting. it's almost like i'm afraid to actually lose the weight. like then i wouldn't have a reason to think why people don't like me or something. that may not make sense, but that's my intro! good luck to everyone, and we'll probaby be talking soon!
