Hey!
So I know this is super generic, maybe too generic to even be answerable. But I'm a college student weighing in at 200 lbs. (I'm only 5'6" so the height off-set doesn't really compensate.) The weight has really started to because an issue and an area of insecurity and concern for my health so ideally, I think I'd like to ultimately drop at least 40 lbs. I had thought about weight loss supplements but honestly, I'm against them and know I just need to put more of an effort into losing the weight healthily. I guess I'm just looking for advice as to how to get started. I know I really need to sit down and put myself on some form of eating and exercising schedule, so I'd appreciate input on that, or any other tips you may have. I just feel like I'm drowning and it's only going to get worse if I don't do something about it now.
Thanks so much for the help!
