I will be starting college this January. My school does have an exercise room and free weight room. How should I exercise to lose the most weight and gain muscle? I am a girl I want muscle but not alot.
 
Do cardio for 45 minutes 4-5 days a week- treadmill, running, cycling

then do strength training for 30 minutes 3 days a week- lift weights and increase resistance if you want to tone
