Hi Ladies,
I'm Liza and I've always been a little chubbier than most of my friends. I'm not overweight, but I am unhappy about how my stomach presses against my jeans when I sit down, I don't like the cottage-cheese-dimple-thingies on my thighs, and my arms are a little big. I need to loose about 15 pounds. I'm also trying to loose my chubby cheeks!
What inspired me to loose weight is college. I'm a freshman at a big state school where exercise rules.
I need your help! I'm not sure how to exercise correctly.
Any recommendations for which part of this site I should explore?
