College Kid Looking for some help? :)

Hi Ladies,


I'm Liza and I've always been a little chubbier than most of my friends. I'm not overweight, but I am unhappy about how my stomach presses against my jeans when I sit down, I don't like the cottage-cheese-dimple-thingies on my thighs, and my arms are a little big. I need to loose about 15 pounds. I'm also trying to loose my chubby cheeks! :(


What inspired me to loose weight is college. I'm a freshman at a big state school where exercise rules.


I need your help! I'm not sure how to exercise correctly.


Any recommendations for which part of this site I should explore?

it doesnt sound like you have a big goal to reach so 15 pounds sounds easily attainable. I would start a diary and tell the forum what your eating habits and usual daily routine is so people can best assist you
 
Well you're in the right track in signing up in this forum, Hope you can find a lot of techniques in losing weight.Try to exercise and make a plan on your daily routine, foods, workouts etc.Welcome most in this forum Liza.

Welcome to the forum! It might help to clarify what type of exercise you are thinking of doing... or wanting to do!
