Hey guys,
Quick question. I live on campus in college and had question about the nutritional values of the food in the cafeterias. An average of some sort would be great. I was wondering if anybody could help, myabe some experience or a site? I am good about it I stick to the salads, turkey sandwiches, chicken breasts and such...But any info would help a lot. Thanks!

It would be safe to bet that most of the stuff in the cafeteria isn't that nutritious. That's what it's like at my university. Stick with food that you know the nutritional info about. Avoid grease, cheese, and overprocessed food. Restrict desserts, though they get tempting.

As a general rule of thumb, if you stick with raw foods (as in nothing processed or made by man .. salads .. meats.. etc) then you should be fine.

Thanks a lot guys. I definately understand what to eat, salads meats etc. I def. dont touch any of the fried and greased stuff. I have been in college since septmeber, i gained about twenty pounds in the first three months because i didnt sleep and i ate bad. But I have managed to lose all twenty in the past two months. So I am ok with picking the right foods I am mainly curious about the calories and the SODIUM among other things. Thanks for the info guys!!
