I am shrinking!

Hi there fellow shrinkers and those contemplating shrinking, just thought I would let you know how I am doing on the Cohens Lifestyle program. Well I have just completed week 6 and have lost 16kgs, and it is so easy! I have tried so many other diets in the past, from eating not much at all to milkshake diets etc, and nothing has worked for me like this. I have stuck to it 100% so far with terrific results. Does anyone out there have any questions they would like to know about what I am doing?
