Cohen refeed, anyone able to share?

Hi Everyone,

I know there are a lot of Cohen's refeed posts but I'm wondering if anyone can share their refeed with me as I never made it through to refeed with my clinic and had an overall unsatisfactory experience with my cohen rep.

But I'm on the money again and going really well with my program (alone) and really want a copy of a refeed to keep going!

If there is anyone with advice or willing to share drop me a line!!
