cn u check my stats, am I eating too much protein?

hey guys

I'm 23, approx 18% bf, 220lb, on a carb cycling diet

My goal is fat loss. My workouts consist of HIIT (20 mins) and compound weights (1 hr) on alternate days with one day of low intensity cardio (1 hr)

I eat per day:

40g of fats (from tuna, peanut butter, and meats) per day

220g of protein (from turkey breast, tuna, oats for b/fast, chicken breast).

I vary carbs from approx 0g (no carb), 110g (low carb) and 200g (high carb) days

Do you think I am eating too much protein? not enough fats? what do you think.

Fats seem ok, it would be better if you could change more of the saturated fats to unsaturated.

Protein does look a little high, but this doesnt really matter as the body will excreete the excess through urine.
 
It's damn near impossible to have zero carbs.

Your protein intake looks fine, doesnt look too high too me.

Your fats look to low though. Natural PB has good fats, don't get regular pb. Tuna and meats fall into the protein category more than fats. If your goal is fat loss, then you should be in a caloric deficit, and on the lower carb days your fat intake should be pretty high. Add in some walnuts, maybe some almonds, Fish oil, flax oil, flax seeds, flax meal, olive oil, etc...for good fats
