hey guys,
soo ... im new here and and honestly no clue where to start. so if im doing it wrong tell me.
as a software developer im part of a large tech forum where i go for tech advice so i thought why not go to a weight loss forum for weight loss advice.
im 25 now and right now at my max weight ever: 135kg (298 pounds)
i have been kinda fat my whole life but it got worse when i started working 9-10 hours aday.
i wouldnt say im eating too much but i guess im eating the wrong stuff at the wrong time? well i eat next to nothing all day and then when i finally get home i eat a healthy meal and then ice cream or something equaly bad way too late in the night.
the past 2 weeks i was kinda sick and used that to consum no sugar whatsoever and i didnt eat much overall and i gained 4 freaking pounds.
my guess is that i just have a really freaking low burn rate because my "workout" is virtually non-existent.
soo anyways now im really freaking out and thought maybe other peoples advice couldnt hurt.
i used too run in the morning but have no time for that now and havent gotten myself to running in the evening yet but thats still my plan right now: go running and cut down on sugar and carbs and i hope itll be fine.
ill be happy to read your opinions and ill report (weekly i guess?) back with my progress.
ultimatively i want to at least reach under 100kg (220pounds)
