Club 190s

Good for you wee! I wish I'd had the nerve to do it when I knew I was gaining weight so I wouldn't be, in the 190's, down nearly 100 lbs and this was the starting point instead. I've decided to use the scale from now on to keep me honest(well from when I started weighing myself regularly again several weeks back). Even when I reach goal, I plan to use it so weight does not spiral out of control again. I'd rather be kicking off 10 lbs over goal if I gain then 50 or 100 again.
 
I got on the scale this morning, first thing and it said 191. I think it was a little higher yesterday because I had already eaten and drank a cup of coffee.
