I know there is an old 130(s) club BUT just wanted this to be a little different to discuss how everyone is going to go from 130(s) club to 120(s)!!
Although I'm happy being in the 130(s), I can't wait for the day when the scale reads 12_!!!!
I weigh 133 right now and I'm working out 5 days a week and I'm on 1000 cals a day!
Would love to know everyone's diet and routines, suggestions etc etc etc !
