When I do certain movements like a bench press type of movement with weight, my shoulders "click", especially on the left side. I can't say it hurts but its a very unpleasant feeling. It prevents me from doing as much as I could do otherwise. What could be causing it and what can I do about it? I don't feel like I'm doing too much weight at all, I'm not even doing as much as I could do if it weren't for the "pops". It really only happens with movement done laying down, with my arms out front. I haven't found that any other movements cause it.
