Isagenix program-cleansing.what to expect?

Hello, I am new to the isagenix program and I was wondering what to expect during the cleansing process. Do I need to make special arrangements for work? Should I start on a Saturday or Friday night? Anything special I should know about? Your help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

New to what process? What cleanse?

You don't need to "cleanse" your body and any plan that makes you think you'll need to take time off of work is not a healthy one.

If you're here to lose weight, then a healthy and balanced diet and a reasonable amount of calories is the only thing you need. Oh, and some exercise, of course. :)

I am on Isagenix

I started the 30 day program on a monday... I dont work outside the house (stay at home mom) but I would think that staying busy at the office would take your mind off the food you are not eating? Just make sure you pack your lunch this way you know what you are eating and dont forget the waffles at home! you will need them.
Also, the first cleanse day is very hard! but if you really can't stay with out food you could have a very small salad with lemon as a dressing.
I started last monday and already lost 3 1/2 lbs ;)

Wow! I'm glad that I never needed to go on a cleanse or starve myself. It sounds like torture to me! Each one to his own - but I certainly hope that you get some sort of result if you go through all that. I would much rather fit a bit of activity into my day and eat quite a lot of healthy food.

I'm with Kara and Omega on this one! I have lost 40 pounds and am currently maintaining that loss, without ever cleansing anything out of my body. I would rather put good healthy foods into it...like Omega said!

You do realize that most of the weight lost is water and will be gained right back, don't you?

I just think we all should do a cleanse program... we put years of bad food in your system and at some point we need to just clean it all out.

i had a bag of broccoli with my chicken last night. That's enough cleanse for me.

I thought i was going to have to call the haz-mat team :leaving:
